We do not guarantee exam success, passing marks, certification, licensing approval, employment, regulatory approval, or professional accreditation.
Exam content, format, passing criteria, syllabus, and rules are controlled by the relevant examination body or authority.

Participants are responsible for checking the latest exam requirements, registration rules, eligibility criteria, and official syllabus directly with the relevant examination provider or regulatory authority.
For corporate clients, training scope, fees, timelines, delivery mode, participant numbers, customization, and deliverables will be agreed separately through proposal, email confirmation, invoice, agreement, or statement of work.
Corporate training may be delivered online, in person, hybrid, live, recorded, or through customized modules, depending on the agreed scope.
The client is responsible for ensuring that nominated participants attend scheduled sessions and comply with the agreed training requirements.
Certificates of attendance or completion may be issued only where applicable conditions are satisfied, including attendance, participation, assessment, or completion criteria.
All fees must be paid in accordance with the payment terms communicated at the time of registration, invoice, proposal, or agreement.

The Wali Academy reserves the right to revise fees, discounts, packages, and payment terms at any time. Any changes will not affect confirmed registrations unless agreed otherwise.
Access to services may be withheld, suspended, or cancelled if payment is not received on time.
Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling requests are subject to the specific terms communicated for the relevant course, session, or corporate training package.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Fees may be non-refundable once access to materials, recordings, or sessions has been provided.
Missed sessions may not be refunded.
Rescheduling is subject to trainer availability and prior notice.
Corporate training cancellations may be subject to administrative, preparation, or cancellation charges.

Where The Wali Academy cancels a course or session, reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternative date, replacement session, credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
